Welcome! Thanks for attending my class this morning! The hook we used in class is the 25mm Susan Bates crochet hook. Next up is yarn! I couldn’t find the frosting yarn or the ombré yarn I love. But I did find the Celeste yarn. I’ve made a few beds out of it and love it! The colors are sooooo bright! The pictures just don’t it justice. The chunky yarn octopus I made is made out of the Celeste yarn. Remember, you need 600 grams.

First off, I just need to brag on my students. They have all come so far and learned so much! I’m so impressed with how hard they have all worked to learn the stitches, how to read patterns, and do positive self talk! Most of my students are ready to handle some patterns on their own and I recommend this pattern book from Crochet by Gemma. These are smaller projects, clearly written, and of course, adorable!
